The gite is furnished with modern furniture, fixtures and equipment and has electric central heating throughout. The communal areas and shower rooms are floored with ceramic tiles and the bedrooms have laminated flooring which is easy to keep clean. Every room accept the shower rooms have windows with views over the lake. All of the accommodation is on one floor which makes it suitable for the elderly and those that may require wheelchair access.

Double patio doors open in to the spacious lounge which has a very comfortable reclining three piece suite. English satellite TV is supplied along with a DVD player that will play British and French DVD's. For your entertainment we also provide a CD player/radio system and some board games.

The large kitchen area is well equipped with Fridge-Freezer, Washing Machine, Oven, Hob, Microwave Oven, Toaster, and enough crockery/cutlery for six people. The dining area has a dining table and seating for six persons. We also provide a large garden table and six chairs, should you prefer to dine outside.

There are three bedrooms made up of two double rooms and one twin which will sleep up to six people. All bedrooms have windows to the front of the gite with views across the golf course and lake.

There are two shower rooms (one of which is en-suite) which have modern shower cabinets, fitted with standard shower heads as well as body spray/massage nozzles. Each shower room also has a WC and hand basin along with heated towel rails.
