A one week booking runs from 4pm on Saturday until 10am on the following Saturday unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed in writing.

Our property will sleep up to a maximum of 6 persons and we will consider accommodating well behaved small/medium dogs. We ask guests to kindly respect the policy of No Smoking within the gite.

*You may prefer to bring your own bed linen and towels. If you would like us to provide bed linen and towels, then we respectfully ask clients to supply their own towels for use outside of the property.

**Electricity is priced in Euros. A meter reading is taken at the beginning and end of an occupancy to establish a charge.

Terms: A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable four weeks before the start date of the occupancy. Bookings taken at short notice (less than five weeks before the required date) will require full payment.

Costs such as linen, electricity, and cleaning will be payable at the end of occupancy in cash (Euros).
